Dustin Johnson gives controversial LIV Golf

Johnson put up his fight as LIV Golf newcomers Joaquin Nieman and Anirban Lahiri advanced to the playoffs after 54 holes.

His first hole in the sudden death playoffs gave Johnson his first win in 19 months.

Joaquin Nieman and Anirban Lahiri had to settle for second and third place.

Johnson hit an eagle's putt on the hill on the 18th green at The International to win.

"It is worth noting that the victory in Boston is the third consecutive event of Dustin Johnson's team "The 4 Aces".

Meanwhile, Johnson received $4 million as a prize in the win. Adding to his team's wins so far, Johnson has already earned $9,962,500 in four events at LIV Golf.

After a successful outing in Boston, the LIV Golf Invitational Series moves to Rich Harvest Farms in the suburbs of Chicago in two weeks.
