Luciano Spalletti’s Napoli side took the lead after nine minutes when Piotr Zielinski’s corner found Oshimen in the middle of the box and he headed into the bottom left corner.
Kvaratshelia doubled the lead from the penalty spot in the 35th minute after being fouled by Carol Linetti.
Oshimen scored his second goal six minutes into the second half with another header from Mathias Olivera’s cross to take his tally to 21 goals in the league this season.
Substitute Ndombele’s 68th Serie A goal made it 4-0 when Kvaratshelia set him up in the middle of the box and the France international slotted home.
Napoli next host fourth-placed AC Milan and mid-table Torino travel to Sassuolo after the international break.
